Fireworks are a type of explosive Pyrotechnic device that lights up the sky and goes "BOOM!" and looks pretty and stuff.
Fireworks were invented in China around the 7th century to be used for festivals and parties. The most common feature of fireworks is a paper or pasteboard tube or casing filled with the combustible material, often pyrotechnic stars.
